We are committed to providing exceptional cleaning services. Please read our terms and conditions carefully to ensure a smooth and transparent experience with us. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

Booking, scheduling, and service agreements
a $25 non-refundable booking and scheduling fee is required post booking. This payment can be made either before or after services have been performed. Our professional personnel reserve the right to respectfully decline services if surfaces or spaces are biohazardous or easily damaged. Prior to consulting with customers, a written or verbal agreement will be provided stating that any business slander or false statements directed to or about our company will be subject to litigation under defamatory and malicious intent. All parties involved shall be separately responsible for damages, as well as all court and lawyer fees.

What to expect from our services
Customers can expect a welcoming greeting and a well-groomed representative on behalf of our company. If an employee is found outside of our sleek all-black collared shirts, dri-fit, or black scrubs, the customer is entitled to a 10% discount if reported to our back office with valid proof such as video or photo evidence. At a bare minimum, customers should expect a general clean, which is a surface touch on all that is visible to the naked eye and within natural reach. Any add-ons or special requests should be communicated and made prior to the appointment so employees can arrive ready to work based on your specific needs. Customers should also be informed of our open shop for cleaning and preventative supplies that we sell. We are a pet-friendly and hypoallergenic company but can use special brands upon request. Timing and scheduling are critical, so any last-minute add-ons will be considered based on the daily schedule.

Customer satisfaction and complaints
If a customer is not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact our admin office to submit valid proof of your concern. We are committed to addressing your issues promptly and fairly to ensure your satisfaction.

Refund policy
